You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others around you as a team, whilst you carry out any business connected with the GBHW Paranormal Investigation Team

Clause 1
The GBHW Paranormal Investigation Team will not be held liable for loss or damage to any equipment or vehicles, used during any investigations organised by the GBHW Paranormal Investigation Team.

Clause 2
This applies to GBHW team members and or the general public participating in any investigation organised by the GBHW paranormal investigation team. This disclaimer also covers owners/ leaseholders, or persons renting said premises, will not be held liable under any clauses mentioned in this disclaimer.  

Clause 3
The GBHW Paranormal Investigation Team will not be held liable for loss of limb, eyesight. Hearing and hearing aids, heart failure, fractured limbs, deterioration of health, disease. Loss of work due to any accident or illness sustained during any investigation on or off site of investigations, neither travelling to or from home to venues and venues to home.

Clause 4
This applies to all buildings and surrounding grounds derelict or not. Where floors ceilings, and or masonry maybe unsafe. Also fixtures and fittings, in and around said buildings being investigated by the GBHW Paranormal Investigation team.

Clause 5
No person will hold any one, or all of the GBHW team members liable for prosecution for any accident, loss of limb, life or sight, deterioration of health, or loss of work due to any of the above-mentioned clauses.
No person is to venture alone.  There must be no less than two persons in any group at any one time

Clause 6
This Disclaimer is designed to protect all parties.  Making you aware of safety at all times, whilst participating in investigations with the GBHW Paranormal Investigation Team.  You are your own safety officer.  
Should you feel that any part or place is unsafe, Please advise one of the GBHW Team members who will take immediate action to make safe, or restrict entry to the area in question.  Failure to do so will compromise the safety of all other personnel on site

Clause 7
All persons attending any event organised by the gbhw group must be over the age of 18 years.
Minors under the age of 18 years old will not be allowed to participate under any circumstances.  
Young minds are easily corrupted.  We hope you will understand the reasoning behind this rule.
You will be asked for ID should there be any question about your age

Clause 8
The gbhw group do not or cannot guarantee that you will see hear or experience anything out of the ordinary.  Although there maybe claims that the building/premises being investigated is haunted or possesses spirits, or ghosts if you believe in them!  You join us as an individual with your own views on what you experience, and take what we say only as guide lines to anything that might have happened during the investigation.  Your video footage, digital photos and voice phenomenon is the only evidence you can analyse. It is your choice to believe or disbelieve the findings of the investigation.
