Renovations to Cottages Revive Spirits of the Passed

We were invited to investigate strange happenings being experienced by the owners of cottages in  the village of Littleton-on-Severn.

They reported that things were being moved from where they had just put them. Most of this activity seemed to be in the front bedroom.

A hair brush would be used and put down only to be found in a different place or in another room, also small items from the dressing table seemed to go walk about, either to be found again in a different place, or disappear completely never to be seen again.

There was something in the attic, which spooked one of the young workers, apparently he came down the ladder quicker than he went up, saying some body else would have to finish the job and promptly left the site.

The person sleeping in that front bedroom would awake in the early hours with the feeling that there was somebody standing at the edge of the bed leaning over looking at them.  No menace or threat was felt just that they were being watched.

Our investigation did find that there were two young girls along with male and female adults presenting them selves to us on the night.  A few names did come through but we were not able to put these to the girls.  Or maybe the names might have been related to some of the other spirits in or around the building.

These two young girls could be the culprits mischievously moving  items about the house.

Nothing we found in these cottages were unfriendly, in fact all the spirits we encountered were quite happy with the owners of the property and us to be there, and were quite happy to remain in their present state in and around these cottages.

Having respect for the resident’s privacy. The investigation was not taken on through the early hours.

Had the premises been empty? We would have carried on with the investigation to make a definite conclusion to whom the names that came through belonged to? And hopefully to what era they lived in.

Perhaps the owners can to live with the antics and mischievous games these two young girls are playing upon them.
